Are you interested in exploring a new vision of Christianity? All are warmly invited to a workshop led by parishioner Bill Geimer, based on his recent book, Love, Oneness, and Radical Inclusion: The Legacy of Bishop John Shelby Spong. Discover the mystical account of Jesus in the Gospel of John, where Jesus is presented as a guide to abundant life, here and now, not just in the hereafter. In this workshop, participants will reflect on how John’s Jesus is much more than a saviour. As Lent is a time during which we'll be focussing on the Gospel of John, this workshop will supplement and augment our understanding of the lectionary readings. Please bring a Bible (of any translation) with you to the workshop.
